steps to follow


  • APU online application for admission is a simple 4 step process, where you are asked to provide your email address, mobile number, followed by a programme of your choice to continue.
  • Email ID submitted at the time of registration will be used for all correspondences until enrolment is completed. Change in eMail ID will NOT be permitted under any circumstances.
  • APU Query Management System:

    Applicants are strongly advised to use the APU Query Management System (APU-QMS), rather than an email, to get a quick response.

    1. Register and verify your email ID
    2. Click on [Any Queries? Ask US]in your dashboard
    3. Select the query category and submit your query

To complete the online application process candidates need to register online with an online payment and upload the latest photo along with the documents mentioned therein.

The following details will help you complete your online application process:

Step –I

Fill up the details requested in the INTRODUCE YOURSELF Form, including the program that you are interested in.

You will receive an OTP from APU on the Mobile number that you have registered. Fill OTP number and Click on the 'REGISTER' button. Change in Mobile No. will NOT be permitted under any circumstances.

Step –II

Your email ID will act as your username. You will receive a Password from APU on the email ID and Mobile number that you have registered.

Step –III

Login to your account to pay an application processing fee of Rs. 2,500/- via Credit Card/Debit Card or Net Banking. You can also Pay the application processing fee in Cash and get a coupon code to submit the application online. Application processing fee is non-refundable.

Step –IV

Fill up the application form online and upload a scanned copy of the photograph and other relevant documents as per the specifications.

Online Application Instructions

Applicants are strongly advised to use Apex Professional University Query Management System (APU-QMS), rather than emailing, to get a quick response.

  1. Your application will be processed once we have received your application fee.
  2. Application Processing fees Rs. 2,500/- will not be refunded once paid.
  3. Please ensure to use a correct email address and Mobile no. This also allows us to contact you via email with important updates, wherever necessary.
  4. After completing the submission process, we recommend that you take a download PDF and print-out of the completed application form for your reference.
  5. The application can be rejected on the basis of non-submission of Course Fee Payment to the university in a predetermined period and in that case the student will not have the right to ask for the Registration Fee.

On the successful submission of your online application form, you will get an online application number. Please retain this form number carefully for future reference.

Documents to Keep Ready

Before filling the online application form, the candidates have to be ready with the below given documentations and need to upload a below documents in the application form:

  1. A valid email id which should be active till the end of the admission process
  2. A valid and active mobile number
  3. Scanned copy of your Photograph in JPG Format (not more than 2 MB)
  4. Scanned copy of your Class 10th, 12th Mark sheet and qualification degree Certificate. (in PDF and not more than 5 MB each)
  5. Credit Card/ Debit card to pay the online application fee or APU Coupon.
